JOB OPPORTUNITY AT ST. SAVA HALL-SAN GABRIEL
HALL MANAGER
Job Description and Responsibilities:
  • Provide high level of customer service to clients
  • Answer telephones and provide information regarding the hall and rental
  • Be available to open and show the hall facilities for potential clients
  • Make appointments for bookings
  • Monitor master calendar
  • Assist clients with some set-up procedures
  • Monitor rentals
  • Schedule clean up crews and security guards
  • Part time position
  • Main focus days are Fridays and Saturdays *


Qualifications:
  • Customer service skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Solid writing skills
  • Displays skills of a team member
  • Follows policies and procedures
  • Computer knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • General Facility Maintenance knowledge - a plus
  • Responsible and motivated candidates only
  • Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States


Additional Tasks: May be assigned as needed


* Hours required to be present at the hall are:
  • Fridays from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Saturdays from 2:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.
